Welcome! This free program is brought to you by the Hunter New England Primary Health Network and is supported by your Tresillian and Child & Family Health Nursing services and The Bouverie Centre.

MERTIL for Parents is a new, short, video program that helps parents of 0-5 year olds understand why trust matters so much to their child's development, plus how to grow it, repair it and keep it, especially when life is challenging. It will show you how your baby is communicating with you in everything they do and suggests ways to see their behaviour differently, to further build your parent-child relationship.

Developed and hosted by the Bouverie Centre at La Trobe University, the MERTIL for Parents program consists of a 30-minute animated video, plus real-life parent-child video examples and extra printable resources.
