Upon successful completion of the SACS-R+PR Training coursework, you will be issued a certificate. Once the Annual Certification Fee of $59 has been paid, you will be eligible to begin conducting screening appointments with clients immediately.
Use of these checklists is strictly limited to individuals who have completed the full SACS-R+PR training and hold a valid certificate. Any unauthorized sharing, distribution, or use by persons without completed training is strictly prohibited and considered a breach of terms.
